Terms of Service

Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and the independent service operated under the YouKero name by Youssef and Kereto ("YouKero", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a product or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you use YouKero for an organisation or Discord server, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. You must have the legal capacity to enter this agreement; if local law requires parental or guardian consent, you must obtain it.

Services

YouKero provides managed Discord bot hosting, landing-page hosting, downloadable digital products, account tools, support and related features shown on the website. Product scope, setup requirements, price and billing period are displayed before purchase.

Discord, Heleket, Supabase and other third-party platforms remain independent services governed by their own terms. YouKero is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your password, recovery codes and bot credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.

Discord bot tokens must only be submitted through the protected configuration interface. Never send a token through support, email or public chat. You remain responsible for permissions granted to your bot and for activity initiated through your account.

Orders, balance and crypto payments

Prices and applicable billing periods are shown before confirmation. Wallet balance is an internal service credit, is not a bank account and is not transferable or redeemable for cash unless required by law. Crypto payments are processed through the payment provider displayed at checkout.

A browser return page is not proof of payment. Balance credit, activation and digital delivery occur only after payment confirmation. Network fees, exchange-rate movement and sending funds on the wrong chain remain the payer's responsibility unless the error was caused by YouKero.

Subscriptions and renewals

Hosted bots may renew weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually according to the cycle selected before activation. The dashboard shows the next renewal date and whether automatic renewal is enabled. If available balance is insufficient, the bot may be paused while its configuration is retained.

You may pause or deactivate a hosted bot through the available controls. Deactivation does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy.

Digital products and licences

A landing page or source-code purchase grants the licence described with that product for your own lawful projects. Unless the product expressly says otherwise, you may modify the delivered files but may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the original package as a competing template or source-code product.

You are responsible for reviewing downloaded files, configuring third-party integrations, obtaining rights to your content and complying with advertising, consumer and privacy laws that apply to your published page.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and supervise hosted processes, but no online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted. Maintenance, security events, upstream outages, Discord API changes and force-majeure events may affect availability.

We may change or discontinue a feature when necessary for security, legality or product maintenance. Material changes affecting paid use will be communicated through reasonable in-product or account channels when practicable.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms. Where safe and appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may request account deletion from the account security area. Some transaction, fraud-prevention and legal records may need to be retained after closure as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YouKero is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by customer configuration, Discord enforcement, third-party outages, lost credentials or unlawful customer content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Contact and changes to these terms

Questions, formal notices and complaints can be submitted through authenticated customer support. We may update these terms to reflect product, provider or legal changes. The current effective date is shown at the top of this page.
