probably asking.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Every bot is template-based: pick a type, fill in the required Discord IDs, run the configuration test and launch from the dashboard. The setup guide explains each field without requiring command-line work.
Is my bot token safe with you?
Yes. Tokens are encrypted at rest and used only to launch your bot inside its own isolated, supervised process - never shared, never exposed in logs or dashboards once saved.
What Discord permissions do I need?
You only need the permissions required by the template you rent. Reward and giveaway bots need access to the configured guild and channels; admin-only actions stay inside your server permissions and can be adjusted before launch.
What happens if my bot crashes?
Each rented bot runs under its own anti-crash supervisor with progressive backoff: it's restarted automatically on unexpected exits. You'll never have to babysit a process or SSH into a server.
How fast is activation after payment?
Balance top-ups are credited after crypto confirmation. Once your config is valid, hosted bots activate from the dashboard; direct bot purchases activate only after the signed payment webhook confirms the order.
How does billing work - can I cancel anytime?
You fund your balance with crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, SOL…), and your plan is auto-debited weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually depending on what you pick. No contracts, no lock-in - pause a bot whenever you want and the config stays saved.
Can I get a refund?
If a paid product cannot be delivered because of a YouKero-side issue, contact support with the order ID. Crypto network fees and already-delivered digital downloads are not automatically refundable, so support reviews each case manually.
Can I run more than one bot or server?
Yes - every account supports multi-slot hosting (up to 20 bots). Add a slot for free, configure it independently (own template, language, theme, channels), and activate it whenever you're ready to go live.
What if I get stuck during setup?
Start with the setup documentation and troubleshooting guide. If the problem remains, open a dashboard support ticket with the exact error, bot type and slot so the team can investigate it.
