Each row comes from the live status endpoint. This page does not estimate uptime.
What each check covers
Shared infrastructure checks exclude settings that affect one account.
Confirms that customers can reach the product interface and that required configuration is checked before a paid bot starts.
Checks the database structure required for accounts, purchases, bot settings and transactions.
Reports shared runtime problems only. A wrong token, missing Discord permission or incomplete setup remains visible to the affected customer.
Checks whether the Heleket connection and required data layer are ready. Orders are delivered only after confirmed payment.
Get help for one account
Send the product, bot slot or order ID, the safe error text and the time it happened. Keep Discord tokens, passwords and recovery codes out of support messages.
